The Value chain Innovation Platforms for enhanced Food Security (VIP4FS) project held five, one-day workshops in Kapchorwa and Manafwa Districts of Uganda on 22-28 June 2016. The events brought together farmers, traders, processors, private sector actors and government ministries interested in coffee, honey and dairy value chains.
The aim of the workshops was to convene diverse stakeholders interested in working together to improve household income and access to markets for selected value chains, as an initial stage of innovation platform development at the grassroots level.
